Cheyenne, WY handloaders?

Guys, I know we have some folks in the Cheyenne area who handload. I "met" a fellow on the Nissan Titan forum asking about long range shooting and handloading and such. He's interested in handloading, but would prefer to start out with a mentor, rather than just jumping in. Anybody interested in teaching a newbie how to load, safely?
