It is Christmas Eve here in Australia. I would just like to wish you all a Merry Christmas, a safe and prosperous new year and to thank you for your help and insights when I have needed it . May Santa be kind to you and Mrs Claus be both generous and understanding. Have a great one all.

Merry Christmas!

And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

I wish a blessed and merry Christmas for each of those posting here. A busy time for me as I finalise preparation for a Christmas Eve service, Then, hurry home to finish preparation of my brisket to put on the Traeger. My grandson and his wife will be here to help in the final preparation. Then, tomorrow we will enjoy a feast of "Christmas brisket" with my special brisket sauce, baked beans, baked potatoes, Dr. Mike's special cornbread, and pecan pie. Good thing Boxing Day is a holiday as I'll need the day for recovery. Merry Christmas, all, and a joyous and prosperous New Year.

A friend sent this to me. This picture is for real. The old timer is his 79 year old friend walking into a deer stand with his son. His son took the picture and realized later that an eagle was flying overhead at the same time. How cool is that. I'd say that is the perfect Christmas card! Merry Christmas to everyone on this wonderful site!
