Nosler doesn`t recommend a OAL in thier manual for any cartridge for some reason. The only referance they give is the min & max COL, not much help when trying to duplicate loads, especially in handgun cartridges.
I load the 185 gr HP for my Kimber 45 acp to 1.245". This lenght has worked well for me but I can`t guarentee how it will work for you.
I did get an off forum reply from someone who had experoence with the Marine Corps Shooting Team load that I am emulating and he said they chose 1.200
I guess trial and error is the thing.
