Any recommendations for a VV powder that would work well in the .264 WM? Retumbo is getting harder to find and the price is becoming outrageous ($100/lb)

I am getting good results with N560 in my 280AI and 7mm Rem Mag. you might want a slightly slower powder for your .264 WM. VV has a cluster of powders that seem right for over bore cartridges.Any recommendations for a VV powder that would work well in the .264 WM? Any one between N560 - N570 should yield the results you’re looking for.Any recommendations for a VV powder that would work well in the .264 WM? Retumbo is getting harder to find and the price is becoming outrageous ($100/lb)

and if wanting more case fill try the 555, 565 and 568's. 568 gets close to 570 velocities, but requires 2-4grs extra.Any one between N560 - N570 should yield the results you’re looking for.
Twenty years ago I had a Hart barreled Wby. Vanguard 7mm08 that loved RL-15 with any 140 bullet! Which surprisingly is still available even today at Powder Valley, etc.I made the transition to shoot Hodgdon in everything years ago. Have a good amount of Benchmark, H4350, H4831, H1000, and H110. Pretty much covers everything a guy could want or need right there.
I did go to VV N540 for my 223 with 75-80s only because H4895/Varget was impossible to find for years. It's been a great powder so far giving good accuracy and great velocity. Plus it's relatively cheap and been available.
Sitting on 3# of RL17 foe the wife's 7/08. As much as that rifle gets shot, it'll last a good while. When it runs out, H4350 will fill the role.
You need to tell Powder Valley that, evidently they don't know that, as it is listed as out of stock, and has for some time!Twenty years ago I had a Hart barreled Wby. Vanguard 7mm08 that loved RL-15 with any 140 bullet! Which surprisingly is still available even today at Powder Valley, etc.

That’s a bummer, It was previously in stock there. I know it’s available locally because I just saw it there last week. You need to tell Powder Valley that, evidently they don't know that, as it is listed as out of stock, and has for some time!
