Be prepares for hot weather. I have done huts here on southern Arizona a few times and even as alte as Noverembt temps can get in the high 70s to mid 90s. So far this year temps have been running on the high side and quite a few new records were set. Yesterday set another record high at 109. I did my last southern AZ hunt in IIRC, 2008. spent most of that hunt sitting in a shady spot looking for deer. I only saw on doe with a fawn. Temp had to be close to upper 90s to maybe even 100. I went through every drop of water I had on hand and then some back at the truck. Tags just got too hard to draw for I started doing pay for play guided hunts in 2009 out of state.
