Could the Revolution Begin in MO?

Link isn't working for me.
Read about this on Facebook yesterday I think.
A buddy of mine said these politicians are all from the St Louis area, which evidently has a crime rate similar to their neighbor to the north, Chicago.

Trust me, I know lots of folks in rural areas of Mo.
Only way they are giving up there guns is the Charleton Heston way.

The link worked fine for me. However, here is the body of the article:

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by Missouri Democrats:

Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution.

Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or

(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.

5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.

I wonder what would happen to the MO economy if hunting ceased there? Plenty, I'm sure. BassPro should make the point that they will pack and leave if this passes. If they don't, they're just sticking their collective heads in the sand.

The way I hear it, is this thing won't get very far.

"I know a guy", you might say!

Good luck with that law.
If it were to pass, MO will be ground zero.

They (left) are going to find more and more, the oppostion to their attempts to further threaten the Second Amendment, is not going to fare so well. We are not as apathetic as they think!

It's about time the states took back the power that is rightfully their's and put the feds back in their place.
