I’ve received a return label and off to the Post Office it went. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow that I reached out to them.
I had an Athlon Midas BTR go bad , I received a RGA label that same day. They were up front stating that I would have to wait for a replacement do to no inventory. I was sent their Gen2 instead , much better than the Gen1.
Here you have 2 fairly new start up optics companies with night and day difference in customer service.
 
This evening UPS dropped off a box from Arken. They replaced mine with a new one , no explanation on my returned one. This one didn’t include a battery for the lit reticle. It has been a full 3 weeks since first contacting them. It was a bugger of a time to get a RGA label out of them.
