My local store was really stocked yesterday. Tons of IMR, decent amount of H and Alliant. Very happy to see it coming back.

Do they have Universal Clays or are the rumors correct and this powder is history?

Ranch and Home in Kennewick, WA had 20 1lb on the shelf yesterday $24.95 each, along with a pair 8 lb kegs. $199.95, IIRC. Universal Clays is definitely back in production.
