Do I need a 243/6mm or 6.5mm?

This build is gonna take awhile. Im gonna put it together, piece by piece, as funds become available. Gonna go with another pac nor barrel, as my 257 ackley is a dream. Im thinking 22" barrel for easy carry, but still good velocity. Hoping to come up with a load using the 129gr LRAB. Shoulb be able to pick up a nice walnut, win stock somewhere.

6.5 x 55 is a great cartridge!

I just gave a box of Norma factory 6.5 ammo to a friend of mine. Found it while re-organizing my loading components & ammo. Must have bought it for Dad years ago when he was shooting a 6.5 pretty regularly.
