Elk hunting in the morning

A friend has drawn a coveted any bull tag in Oregons Walla Walla unit. I have a couple of days off from pheasant guiding to tag along. I think my dog, Molly, won't miss me a bit.

Forgot my phone this morning so no pics of; scenery, cows, spikes or deer of which we saw plenty. No big Bulls today. Hasn't rained in months, got some of that today also.

Have fun! My dad drew the archery version of that tag this year and killed a 6x6 that was about a 310 bull. There's plenty of 350+ bulls in there though. Pretty awesome place to chase elk!

Took me 18 years to draw the tag last year. Kent has drawn it twice in five years. Go figure.
