New Record non typical elk?

I don’t have the Washington Governors tag information but I do have some for Oregon.
2022 there were 4 deer tags. Total paid was $285000.00 Hi was 85,000 low was 45,000
The Bighorn tag went for345000.00
4 elk tags went for 71,000, 68,000, 64,000 and 45,000
The deer elk combo went for 110,000.

when the Auction was first held in 1995
Sheep went for 73000.00
four elk tags went for 7K; 11k; 8k and 7600
deer earned 8000 and 5800

That’s a lot of money for 9 tags. Is the Bighorn tag correct at $345,000.00?

Yes, as far as I know. I haven’t seen the ram but I understand he was very good and will be at some of the sport shows this year.
I got lucky and drew the sheep tag in the lottery back in the mid 80’s my ram went 172. I missed a Ram that the other tag holder killed that went in the 180’s. Catherine and I saw rams when we were in the Steens mountains last October that easily went 190. There are some dandy’s to be had.
