Have been looking for a decent load to shoot through this pistol. Finally found one.

6 grains of Blue dot and 40 grain ballistic tips.

my Oehler 35P read the muzzle velocity right at 1700 fps with a very small standard of deviation. Accuracy was very good and not one single problem feeding ejecting etc.

This will be my practice round from now on.

This is one little finicky SOB to load for!

I do love the gun though! 20 shot capacity and it is deadly and fully loaded it weighs less than a small empty Glock.

Fotis,

Excellent.
That is one impressive round.

I don't know anyone else handloading for it.

Very interesting cartridge. I remember it was very hush-hush years ago, as was the fancy submachinegun chambered for it. I guess it falls into the subgun category. Very short rifle. Whatever...

Huge FYI here.

One must keep their choice of powders in the medium - slow categories even though Q/L says LILgun and H110 will get you more speed. They will BUT the pressure curve is such that the pistol can fire out of battery.

That is why you should not use any "slow type" powders for pistols!!!!!!!!

No H110, Lilgun, N110, AA 9 etc.
Stay with
True blue
Blue dot
AA 5
AA 7
Power pistol
Longshot
and the like.........

In the Ar and encores use what you like.
