I painted my 17HMR. I had already painted the stock with a textured tan before. All I did was lay some pine needles on it, shoot some satin green, then paint scoped action and barrel a flat olive drab. I like it. What do you guys think?

SE,

Nice! You did a great job. I like it a lot.

It could go missing quite easily if laid down in the wrong place. Very nice job.

Pretty cool!

Better not set it down in the woods...

Yeah, I'll have to take some pics of it in some vegetation. I'm not a very good photographer though.

Cool! I have the identical rifle in 22 Mag. I took the stock off though and replaced it with a nice Boyds "Dakota Will". So I have a spare stock Ive been trying to sell for $25.00.....If you needed a "stock" stock...or maybe you want to do one in desert camo? :) Looks nice! CL

That turned out sweet. A buddy used natural leaves and vegetation on a Remington 700 Varminter he painted up and it looked nice also. Nice job!

Thanks guys! I have a Mossberg 500C 20ga, that was my first shotgun, that needs a good painting too!

Steve,
Cool paint job. Don't leave it next to bushes, might not be able to find it.
