I gave the grill a work out on Memorial Day...
Beer Can Chicken, Steak and Ribs. My wife made her awesome potato salad.

I 2nd that. I had some potato salad made with bleu cheese a few weeks back and man, it was excellent. All the sudden I have the taste for it all over again.

Mike, it was THE BEST tater salad I have had in a long time. I was in San Fran and happened to see it in the cooler at a Safeway while grabbing lunch. I got one of the small containers and man, after the first fork full, I wolfed the rest of it down.

The wife pulled a recipe off the internet for it and did a good job at reproducing it. I think I can refine it some more. I would Google bleu cheese potato salad. I think that is what she did. I wanna try it again. It had bleu cheese crumbles in it and man, I loved it! Scotty

The Blue Cheese sounds good. We love Blue Cheese and Feta cheese.
My wife coined the phrase, "Every thing is Beta with Feta". :mrgreen:

I can relate to that.

Now, Scotty, I know I could do a search online, but man having a qualified taste tester certifying that the recipe works is worth a lot. That is why we have this forum. :shock:
