I picked up one of the New SSK frames...Contender frame recently.
I have several barrels for it, since I already have a G-2 frame.
The barrels I will use on it is my 22lr, 7x30 Waters, and my SSK 30-30AI barrels.
30-30AI is going on first, and it has a muzzle brake on it, so I put a rifle scope on it last week.
I didn't have any grips for a Contender frame, so I put out the word, and I have a couple of used Ambidextrous ones heading my way for $120 shipped. One is Pachmayr and the other is TC one.
Back in the mid-80's I used a Pachy grip on my Super 14 7mm TCU Contender, so I should be just fine now.
