...& personally, I would guess this number is quite a bit below the actual reality, I'm guessing probably 25% of the Republican responders lied about owning firearms...

Probably correct. My doctor asked me about owning guns and I told him that I would not answer that question but if I did, the answer would be no!

Heck, every time I go to my physician they pull my shirt up to listen to my heart and lungs and see a Sig P226 residing in it's holster with two spare magazines on the opposite side. :grin:

Here in Arizona it's against the law to bring a firear into a medical facility or a doctor's private non-hospital located office. I have to leave mine in my vehicle. :x

FWIW, I sold all my guns so now I don't own any.

Wow! That sounds like Canada. When long fun registration came in, it was amazing how many people had sold all their long guns! :shock:
