Help me with price

I have 700 sps that is a sporter weight 204 it has an older but very nice bdl stock

This gun shoots so good I hate to let it go but I have had too many dogs run and it's time to scratch another itch

It comes with about 150 rounds of my hand loaded 45 gr soft points and scope mounts

I have a local party interested but it's one of those deals where if I price it too high he will turn and never look back but if I price it fair and right he will hand over cash

I'd say 500-550. As a straight SPS it would probably be worth 400-450 for just the rifle. So with the stock and ammo it's probably worth another 100-150.
