I do not. the brass do fine with starting loads, but once you load a top level load every case fired is toast. Look at the shoulder on the right case, its still rounded, not as sharp as the hornady. That concerns me, the front end of the case is not fully formed but the casehead is expanded a bunch

it is shorter,, starline trims their brass. but what gets me if the pressure is too high for starline brass, why is the shoulder still rounded?
 
It almost sounds like maybe the brass wasn't processed or annealed properly resulting in a soft case and loose primer pockets.

For 0.003” difference you are moving a lot of brass down when sizing. As mentioned by others contact Starline and see what they have to say. You shouldn’t be trying to swaged a belt onto a case when sizing.
