Is IMR 7977 in QL yet?

I finally got my hands on a pound of IMR 7977. I have found only one load for a 150 grain bullet in the 270 Win. listed on the IMR website. Is that powder included in QL yet? If so, would someone run a projection based on:

270 Win.
150 gr. BT
24" barrel
overflow water capacity of 72.0 gr.

Anyone tried it and compared chrono readings to data they have out? At least they seem to have alot of data.

IMR 7877 nor the other 2 new IMR powders are not in the 3.9 upgrade data I received last week.
