Wow, thanks guys! :) ..I'm really looking forward to this hunt, and meeting some fine fellas from the USA too...One thing I can say is, I won't be passing up on any decent Bruin with a nice hide :)

He could be 250lbs or if I'm lucky 350-400lbs, either way I'm ready

One more sleep :)
Lou

Thanks Guys!..I arrived at camp at 12:30 pm EST, and I just got settled in, Man I even have WI-FI up here 8) ..Anyways It looks real good so far, my guide (Wes) is from NY State, and has been helping out Norm for 35yrs as a guide/hunter. He spends 1 month here and then goes back home to NY after the Bear hunting season. He took me out today and showed me my set-up, I spent a few hours with him today, he's one heck of a guy for a Yankee  ..I'm all ready, and I well keep updates as they unfold, I really like my ground blind, it's a 50 yd shot.

Lou :)

Thanks Vince, there's about 20 hunters up here, myself included, 19 are from the USA 8) ..I well be hooking up with them tomorrow night after the afternoon hunt for dinner, I'm staying at a different location about 6 miles from the base camp, and about a 20 minute drive to my stand.
All is good

Lou

Sounds great Lou! Should be a great hunt!

Watch out for them damned Yankees!

We're all pulling for you, Lou. Don't let those Yanks buffalo you; show them that Canadians can shoot with the best of 'em.

Heading back out in about 3 hours time till dark, I'm trying my best that's for sure :)
