Leupold Service?

Great people to deal with. I called before purchasing a used Leupold scope to see if it would be covered by their service department. Their reply was "we made it didn't we" and then they suggested that I send it in before mounting it so they could fix any issues that it might have. I did and they did. I had it back in five days. I have never been treated this great from other companies.
 
WYcoyote, I am sorry to hear that you had that problem. I have had a bad exprience with Bushnell and so has one of my family members so after this season my last bushnell will be gone and I will be placing a VXIII on top of my CDL.
I guess sometimes things just don't work the way we think they should. But I have had nothing but excellent service in the few times over the last 40 years that I have owned Leupold.
