Like to try some Staball 6.5 in 308 Winchester, Quickload please?

Been told it is too slow, but am getting good results with Reloder 17 (but can't find more) which is pretty close in burn rate. I have a couple of lbs of Staball 6.5 so maybe it will work. Need some data.
(IMR 4895 has been a disappointment in this combo, W760 was a little better.)

178 grain Hornady Eld X
Kimber 308 22" barrel

it is on the slow side . a max pressure load will be at 112% case fill . that's more than I care to work with .

I like to work around 105% case fill , at max PSI . here is a powder list that might help you decide on where to go next , it looks like RL17 was tops for velocity in this combo .
