You are using my number 1 reloading combo out of my 280. And it is the same for the 270. I use 58-59 grains of H4831SC for both my son's and son-in-law's 270's with the AccuBond 140. It shoots fantastic with groups in all 3 rifles under 1/2". I use Fed 210 primers ymmv.
I think all you have top do is start loading, working up with the powder and bullets you have .
My rem 700 shoots the 140gr AB very nicely with IMR 4831. I don't think you will be dissapointed with the 140gr AB in your 270.

Happy new to you too Irish, and everybody else.My favorite load is 57 gr IMR7828 with the 140 AccuBond and ballistic tip, velocity is around 2950 fps. This works great in my model 70 and encore pistol. Hope you find a good load, rick
Ok I am giving up on the H4831 / AccuBond mix in my rifle. Best group I got was 1.75 inches with 58.5 Gr of powder. When I went to 59 Gr it opened out to 5 inch group. At the same time by using 150 Gr Norma Onyx and 4831 powder I got less than 0.75 group ....
It's hard to go wrong with H4831sc behind a 140gr BT or AB. I load Winchester brass, and CCI 200 primers. I shoot 60gr for myself, and 57gr as a low recoil load for my wife and kids. Both loads shoot under 1/2 inch in 4 or 5 different rifles. Overall I'd say H4831 and 140gr noslers is a very forgiving combinaiton.
