I think you can see it in the precipitous fall of his approval ratings, and in the concern on everyone's faces when you see them on the street. Only the lunatics and naive are still happy, and they only because they see that everyone else is going to be 'equally miserable' and all those who 'have' will be taken from. It's primarily naive or guilty feeling individuals who are staunchly liberal - those who have worked for much of anything in their lives and had to struggle against the mess the government makes of anything it touches are usually more sensible. I see the number of people disenchanted growing daily, and it's only a matter of time before these fools currently in leadership roles have been fed enough rope to hang themselves. There is no substitute for real life experience...and these folks have little to none.
