That is what I like to hear! It should be a fun rifle. Seems like it takes forever to put a factory rifle together the way I like, I don't know how you custom rifle guys wait so long to get your rifles! I am still getting little stuff to finish it off! Scotty

I have shot my 45-70 at 200 yds. Even with the Heavy Duplex reticle in my M8 4X scope, it was pretty decent. It took a while for the bullet to hit the target. :lol:

I think Hornady said it would take .5 of a second to reach a target at 300 yards with a 400gr bullet at 1800. Didn't get a chance to shoot this weekend, so I might try to sneak away this week. Might be the last time for shooting for a little while. Scotty
