I went out this evening to my bow stand. We had very high winds all day and they were finally letting up at 6:00 PM. I got situated up in my tree stand and out of no where was a buck at 25 yds. I grabbed my bow and drew while waiting for this little stud muffin to decide which side of the tree he would turn. He turned broadside at 21 yds and I sent a 100 gr Muzzy with a Luminock through the lungs and the top of the pump station. He spun and went back towards the house but he only make it about 50 yds before he piled up.
You can see the lighted Luminock in the ground after it had passed through the buck.
A nice little butter ball 7 pt.
We are looking forward to some fresh pepper stick.
