The 378 Bee. Zeiss is supposedly stronger than Leupold (According to some), and the gun has no brake so no negative impulse.
Theoretically a Nikon Prostaff can handle the "one dimensional" recoil

The .224 Weatherby is actually a frequently found caliber over here. The Junior Weatherby made by Sauer & Sohn is found on Egun.de for €600 with scope.

It shouldn't be any worse then the 338 RUM.
Without a brake, bench and prone shooting the 338 RUM wasn't too terrible until you got over 15 shots. A Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad made a huge difference.
In the field, you will never notice the recoil.
