I had this conversation with JD338 on the phone a few weeks ago, lol...I hunted bear with a guy for a number of years, killed a few too...but always gave the meat to him...he loved it, I tried some one time...as I was chewing it up, I think he noticed from my expression that I didn't like it...he asked what I thought...I replied, "I think I'd rather eat possum..."
