For what it's worth. My good friend in Colorado I hunt Elk with has shot a 300 Win Mag for years using IMR4831 with 180 Partitions. He stands firm on that powder has always been stable has used that powder for 25 yrs. in that gun. always produced good velocities and Groups. I would think H4831 would be similar.

Kelly, I have had really good luck in both the .243 (95/100 gr) and the .270 (130 gr Partitions) with IMR 4350. Best accuracy and really good velocity. The loads in Nosler #6 are close to max, not quite in some cases, but close. Usually IMR 4350 shoots best a little hot.

Tom-Kelly, can't wait to see your load work on the various calibers your using. 4350 is pretty darned versatile for you cartridges you are loading. Scotty
