Enablers, all. That 260 is a nice one; but, I agree with Scotty that the wood is very nice. Having handled a couple of Steyrs, I really like their wood stocked rifles.

I have not shot a Steyrs, but I have heard that they are a top quality rifle.

What is the rifle budget and what is the optik budget? Any rifle you refuse to buy?

Up to $700 on rifle, pretty much stuck on a Steyr SBS, Fiberglass stock, 30/06, 24" Barrel, blued or stainless. Prefer Blued but if its stainless there is DIY cerakote.

Optics I am undecided on. Its going to be a VX6, VX7, or a Nightforce.
