Has anyone heard of Nikko stirling scopes. There pretty cheap $170 for a 4x16X40 But they are very clear and seem to be well built and they have a life time warrenty just take it back to where you bought and they will take care of the rest. They seem to be selling alot. So what does everyone think.

They are from Austrailia but made in China. Legacy Sports (think Howa, Puma, etc..) imports them into the USA.

A decent scope but for the money I would just go Leupold for a bit more.

Leupold VX-I 4X12-40 = $279

Leupold VX-II 4X12-40 = $459

I just like the idea that my great grand kid, 20 years after I die, can return my Leupold for a new scope if it fails

I think I will buy a Leupold 4.5X14-40 or Nikon. Its hard to find anything on them because no one sells them just one store here in Pendleton that I know of.

Good choice, I think you will be happier in the long run.
