Pop, that's a pretty gun with nice wood! Looks just like Dan's 45-70 from what I remember.

This is the load....I think But I will be using the 350 grain TSX. My gual is to be able to better the velocity and meet the 30-06/180 grain trajectory with a 350 gr TSX 458 cal!

In fact did you actually get to shoot your new custom shop savage?? Pronghorns Beware :lol: I'm still looking for elk and mule deer info and how your bees are doing since you've gone savage on us.
