God, I hope you are kidding me. I just want to purchase Nosler bullets, not wade through page after page of T-Shirts and crap just to find one box of Factory Firsts.

You can narrow down the selection to just bullet auctions. I've purchased a significant amount of bullets from the Shooter's Pro Shop via Bivwak. It's not that hard.

Thanks Rich. I did wade through all the junk and came up with the same list of factory firsts as you.

Does this BivWak auction site mean that Nosler will no longer be selling seconds via Shooter Pro Shop? If not were is the outlet for Nosler seconds? I have yet to see any listed on BivWak.

That's it for anything from Shooter's Pro Shop. I guess you could call them and ask "Whaaaaatsuuuup"? So far, their prices on Bivwak beat all others I've seen, to include the $10 flat rate shipping, unless you do something dumb like buy only one box/bag of bullets. They will even combine auctions for one shipping fee. I've even had them hold one auction winnings for a couple of days till another ended to save on shipping fees. Hell of a deal if you ask me.

Well, I haven't had a lot of time to check out BivWaks prices, but I see little difference in price than most other retail outlets.

For example, Wideners list 25 cal 115gr BT for $13.86, BivWak has this bullet listed on Auction for $13.70. Then there is the 7mm 140gr Nosler BT listed at Widener's for $14.81 while BivWak has this bullet listed at Auction for $15.95. Sorry, but I see no great deals here!

I'll give you that, but what do they charge for shipping? Most online business' shipping charge is based upon the dollar amount of your order. The more you order, the more they charge for shipping regardless of how much or little that order may actually weigh. If you can get what you need cheaper some where else (factory firsts) great. Right now, you have two places to acquire Nosler seconds, Shooter's Pro Shop and Bivwak.

Yes they do, when the have some to sell. There's usually 7mm 140 & 160 AB 2nds on there. All others are hit or miss.
Unfortunately I can't access that site from work.

I bought 4 bags of 160 ab's in 7MM(seconds) for $11.00 each and $10.00 shipping. thats 200 bullets for $54.00.

Thats $13.50 per bag. Still a good price and you didn't even have to start the truck.

I know I missed something I see these on their website but not that cheap how did you get them for 11 bucks?

go to Bivwac, click on the stores tab and page down and select shooters pro shop.page down, and select hunting/ shooting, page down and select reloading, then select bullets. Unfortunately, this week so far they don't have any seconds.

This will take you directly to the page they would be on. Ya just gotta watch for what you want to appear

Put me down as one who doesn't want to screw around with auctions. If you've got some 2nds just put a fair price on em and put em in the store so I can easily scan what's there and put an order together.
AND it would be alot easier to scan by caliber....put all the .308 bullets together, put all the .277 together etc, etc.
I suppose nosler is getting flak from retailers about the website but, 2nds are 2nds and it isn't the same product.
I just want to go on record that I'm not screwing around with an auction site with different end dates on auctions.

these seconds are overruns from what Nosler made for federal. They are just like firsts but have a red tip.

Why does shooters pro chargre so much for shipping? They finnally had some ab .25 cal. but with shipping cabelas wasn't but a few dollars more for factory frist.

They charge a flat rate regardless of how little or how much you buy. If you're only looking for on bag, then yes, it's spendy. Stock up on them.

I am the same way. I hate messing around with auctions. Just let me buy the things.

I called the Pro Shop the other day. I was told that they are still around and will be selling Nosler seconds when they become available. They have been listing small quantities on BivWak cuz that's all they have been able to get. It's a way for them to sell small quantities without listing them on SPS. If they have a few hundred bullets and post them available on SPS, they will be flooded with orders they cannot fill.

I was told that Nosler is making lots of bullet, it's just that not many are being sold as seconds. Most of the seconds I have received over the years have been factory over-runs. You know the ones, the Accubonds with a different color tip or a Partition with a cannelure. My guess would be that these over-runs do not exist anymore. With the way ammo is flying off the store shelves, I would be willing to bet that Nosler will not be manufacturing to many(over-runs) for quite some time. More like they are way behind and can't keep up with demand. Good for Nosler and the Ammo manufacturers, bad for me. :(

Just buy 10-20 bags at at time. That makes the shipping really cheap!
