This should stir the pot. I have done minimal research but so far nothing to say it is not so. Hard to believe the idiots missed it but it is noteworthy and hopefully true. Do some home work and see for yourselves. N

I have heard about this.

But just because they made one horrible law doesn't mean they'll make another horrible law contradicting the first one just to make people into criminals either way.

Yes, this provision was included. At the time of the passage of the Affordable Care Act, there was great concern registered at some activist physicians who were agitating for the right to refuse services to families owning guns, especially if children were in the home. The provision was placed in the bill, and reported as having been placed them, in an attempt to mollify gun owners. Just remember, anything Congress can do in contravention of the Constitution (as is the case for the Affordable Care Act), they can make even more odious under the proper circumstances. Citizens need to pay particularly close attention in light of the current pressure to enact restrictions on the Second Amendment.
