I’ve got a few boxes in 270win both 130 and 150 Hornady IL. I guess my question is is there a speed limit on these type of boolits and I assume for my distances in PA woods they’re good for a 270 on whitetail deer. I don’t know much about the round nose other than 30-30 rounds do these 270’s handle higher velocity?

I wouldn't be too worried about a speed limit as far as bullet integrity is concerned. If you were planning to shoot out a ways you would need to be aware the round nose design won't fly nearly was well as pointed/tipped bullets. However, if you're talking about 100-150 yds, find an accurate load in your rifle and go kill deer.

I think the RN bullets are pretty cool and they can perform much better at long range than they get credit for.
I played around with the Sierra Pro Hunter 220 gr RN in the 308 Win. I was pleased with the velocity and 100 yard accuracy. What surprised me was the group I put on my 250 yard gong!
For your 270 Win, I'd push those 150 gr RN and hunt with confidence.
