Pork

Found three pork chops in the freezer so I proceeded to thaw them out.
Then I used and apple based meat rub. I was testing the Nuwave Oven that we got. I never, hardly, cook on it but threw caution to the wind and went for it.
I added some mixed veggies, red beans, and rice. Wasn't too bad if I do say so.

Vince, I got quit looking at your posts on food :shock:! Every time I see one, I run to the fridge to see what I can eat.
That looked like a real tasty meal my friend.
