Powder measure problem

I've suddenly developed a problem with my Uniflow powder measure. I can weigh five charges in a row and it will be within .005 grains, then suddenly I'll get a charge that's two grains light and the next one will be two grains heavy. I took it apart and I can't find anything that would cause the powder to hang up in there. I'm using 4350 and haven't had any problems before. At least I don't think so. I usually measure every fifth charge after I have the measurer set. So now I fear that I may have missed one.

I always thought that when this happened it was just me. Some powders are easier to work with than others and I tend to use the longer types like 4831 etc. I weigh all of my loads because of this. But when I think about it, my measurer was more consistent when it was new than it is now. Hope we get some answers.
