Made a quick run to the range today to confirm the 300 yard ladder testing from two weeks ago for the 300 Win Mag and RL-22 / 180 Accubonds. This is strictly a hunting rifle and did not want to waste bullets and powder so I loaded two round charges to see if any two rounds would be close out of the 5 different charges. This is not official until I return with 3 round charges later. This morning's results at 300 yards, and mild loads and no chronograph used because it was very cloudy but I estimate high 3,000 fps to low 3,100 ish fps.

This is with a 6.5 x 284 with H4831SC and 130 OTM Bergers. Three round group @ 300. I may have pulled the high shot, mirage was bad when the sun came out.
