Quickload 308 Win- 180gr Ballistic Tips

Well, I got my new Forster FL resize die, and that did the trick. It works very well. Kinda wished I had Forster dies all the way around. I know what I will buy in the future though. Very smooth dies right outta the box. I loaded up three more rounds with 180gr BT's and they loaded up the way they should have. Scotty

Me too. I can see where the Forster gets the whole neck and really looks like it is going a proper job. Now, again, I wished I had all Forster dies. Oh well, I will just buy them as I get the need now. Scotty

For my own cartridges, Forster is my "go to" die. I will go without other equipment to secure these dies if they are available. I use quite a variety of dies for loading, but I certainly appreciate these Forster dies. Together with the CoAx press, they make loading a pleasure.

Yeah, I am really seeing that now. Didn't think there was much difference until I tried this new die today. Scotty

As a side issue, whilst I truly appreciate RCBS Competition dies, the Forster Ultra Micrometer Seater Die makes reproducibility a cinch. I suspect that the Redding Competition die set is every bit as good, but I can state without reservation that the Forster Ultra Micrometer Seater Die makes life much easier.
