Very nice. I'd take a picture of my reloading room but I don't want you all to think less of me!

Scotty,
What are you doing for reloading at your new digs...... or are you leaving it set up at home?

Leaving it set up at home. I figure I'll be home enough to do what I need to do.

Never know though. I might need a Forward Reloading Operations Base (FROB) if boredom sets in.

Scotty,
You could always bring along a Lee hand press and load straight wall cases - fits in a shoebox and travels well. I've often thought of getting one for adjusting seating depth of already loaded rounds at the range. An arbor press would do that as well I guess.

Yeah. It probably wouldn't be a horrible idea. I will keep my eyes open. My look for a deal on tools. If I find the right one it could work nicely.

I can never keep mine that neat...it always looks like a hurricane went through it...I'd straighten it up, but that would mess up my filing system.

Filing system? Do you mean you can actually find stuff? My system is focused on piles. If I find the "right" pile, then I have the right stuff. I started out by "filing" all of my stuff per cartridge in a military ammo box. Well then the obvious occurred, I had too much stuff for the box. Well then I bought some more boxes, but then I couldn't remember what was in each box. So I was wasting time sorting through the boxes. So I now have box's of bullets by weight and caliber. Except for my newest rifle the Tactical 308. The bullets and cases are stored next to the box with some of the 300 B. stuff in it. Primers in a separate cabinet on one shelf separated by age, manufacture, and intended use. Powder is stored on another shelf by purchase date and type. This is all re-created in another house 200 miles away. With more historical weapons kept there. My pistol loading components are stored there because my friend there has a progressive press that I use to load 45 ammo. I did find two boxes of 180 grain .308 bullets, in a Red/white box, the other day with a price tag of $5.98. What they will be used for I don't know? Apparently if I haven't used them by now, it may be a while longer. If this sounds confusing, it is.

Dan, is that smooth clean surface with the press on it, the "top" of your bench???? Thats pretty cool. My dad told me that my bench top, is made out of a section of a bowling alley, but I am not sure what that looks like. ?? I also forgot to mention in my earlier post that currently I have 600 .308, 180 grain bullets of various manufactures, and 300 Nosler 180gr. PT's, stored on the NW corner of my bench. I am not exactly sure why they are stored there, but there must be some reason.? Perhaps they are overflow from a military ammo box?

Stuff expands to fill all available space, so even if you quadrupled the space you have, it'll look the same...
