There isn't a lot Online for the 400/350 NE. However, QL can perhaps be of some help. What particular bullets do you anticipate using? What powders do you have available? Here is a sample projection with the 225 grain Woodleigh PP WeldCore PP:
Cartridge : .400/350 Rigby N.E.

Load was 60 grain Norma 202 to a 310grain bullet from Woodleigh.
I used Horneber brass.
Velocity was about 660 m/sek.
Is yours a double or a repeter?.
