Rings and base.

Got a new sightron stac 4x20x50 coming for my savage 16 6.5 creedmoor. Looking for options for rings and a base. It has the 2 piece base from the factory now. Thinking about leaving them and just getting a nice set of rings. What are yalls thoughts?

I really like the Burris signature rings with plastic inserts. No scope marring, no real need to lap the rings. I'll get them again.

Another good ring choice are TPS rings. They don't have plastic inserts like the Burris but if you follow their directions there is no scope marring.

I have Talley lightweights on all my rifles and I am more that please with them. They are not real expensive and I have never had them fail.

I have Burris extreme two piece picatinny mounts with warne maxima lows right now. First time using either brand and I've been very impressed with them
