RL 26 Discontinued?????

I never got into the unicorn dust myself but if you did, I hope you stacked it deep! I did run through a pound of RL16 which I found to be fairly decent. I won’t be losing any sleep over the situation though….
Agreed. So many great powders these days.

Midway has been saying " discontinued " on products they do not have a lead time on for many years.

They nearly gave me a heart attack when the said "discontinued " for Winchester brass back during Obama.

No leed to panic, but don't hold on to your breath waiting for alliant powders to resurface.
Sweden and Switzerland is building arms stockpiles like the USA needs to do. Except we dont have any powder manufacturing except Winchester ball powder from Florida!!

Let that sink in.

Well I had read the rumor, guess now it's official. Do use 15,19,22, and played with 26. Bought more of 15,19 than 22 and 26. Once it's gone will move on to something else provided it's not gone as well. Other choices available for now.

Dont feel bad I took stock in last year.
I use.
ar comp for 223,
Reloder 16 in 300wsm, 6.5 cm, 30.06
Reloder 23 in 7wsm,
Reloder 25 in 30 nosler, 270 wby,
Reloder 26 in 300wm, 6mm rem AI
Reloder 33 in 28 nosler,
Reloder 50 in 26 nosler.
I have enough for a couple of barrels of each cartridge because I bought when 8lb jugs were $180 .

But yes, I'm screwed after I'm out.

Got the email for RL 17 too.
I have 16lbs of RE17
6lbs of RE22
StaBall 6.5 is awesome in my 375 H&H Mag.

JD338
It's great for heavy bullet 30/06 as well. It was made for the Creedmoor but seems to be better for many other calibers. Also those ball powders are so easy to load whether manually or with an electronic dispenser.

I still have a decent supply of RL-26 yet. The stuff is the easy button in my 416 & 460 Wby to achieve maximum performance.
Can you share your loads on the 416 & 460 Bees?

Last year when I bought the Tikka T3x Hunter Stainless Fluted 6.5x55 I found a lb of RL22 that shot great with the Hornady 140gr SST. With maybe 1/4 lb left and having 6lbs of RL19 I developed a load using it with a 140gr Sierra. Group was just as good and velocity was close by leaning on it some. Now when ones gone, they're all gone.

I have a pound I’ll sell for a reasonable $4,836,398.54🤌🏼
I’ll take it! Only one slight problem, I have the money sitting in a foreign account that’s been frozen due to a misunderstanding. I will need about 10k to travel there in person and get everything sorted out. At that point…. I will gladly purchase this RL26 from you! Lol

Common guys we don't need to try to cheat. Just run for a government office raise campaign funds and use the campaign money to buy the powder. Now that's perfectly legit.

I've always seemed to gravitate to alliant powders. rl26, 19, 17, 22. My big jug of rl17 will be finished this season and wondering what l should move to. Thinking H4350 or RS Hunter.
