I shot the boys 378 without a break from the bench and that will get your attention. My 416 and 460 Wbys are a hoot from the bench.

My 100 lb daughter shot my 375 H&H and thought it was a blast. Same with my wife.
It's just a big shove.
My 416 Wby is a little more exhilarating but manageable.
