Pretty sure it’s ok, but loading the Lapua Scenar and thinking the Berger VLD data will be a good starting point. Or am I way off?

7-08 with a 22" 1:9.5 barrel with 150 Scenar-L using Big Game and RL-17 seems like mag primers are preferred with BG in the 7-08, so I try using CCI 250's

start at 43 gr. Should max out at 47-48 and get about 2700-2800 fps pending on rifle.

I know with the 140 partitions in the same rifle, RL17 produced the most accurate load I’ve ever gotten with a NP, pretty speedy, too.

Shot the Scenars with Ramshot big game today. Worked up to 46.4 where I got a very slight ejector mark. Loaded 3 at 45.9 and they shot really nice, respectable speed, too. I just arbitrarily set them .012” off, might try adjusting that some.

Definitely an encouraging result. While I understand the drive to improve (that particular disease has infected me for many years), that load will hunt. Most encouraging.
