It started as an Accumark and I changed out the stock making it Tacmark-ish. I've had it for a while and havent even put 10 rounds through it so going to play the game of musical scopes. What are your thoughts on a replacement? not in a terrible hurry to get a new scope on it, would like to stay in the $1,000 range or less.
I want to take the current 6.5-20 Leupold and put it on a 22-250 barreled action that I picked up a Black Friday stock for, from Bell & Carlson.

I have several Crimson Trace Hardline Pro scopes. To me they seem as good as or better than Vortex Viper HST. $500-$1000 there are many fine scopes. If what to go over $1000 the NF SHV is a great option.

I've noticed that the Zeiss Conquest V4 6-24 are on sale alot of places, has anyone used the zeiss, my only experience is with their HD5 that has too thick of crosshair, and a pair of binos

I have a 4-32 NX8 NF on my 6.5-300. I would look at Trijicon, The new SWFA 3-15 gen 2 with zero stop, Tract, Zeiss, Vortex razor LHT 3-15 and some others. IME if you're dialing..... Leupold need not apply....again for me.

I really like Zeiss. I have a few of the V4's on everything from a 22-250 to a 300RUM. They hold zero well. The glass is sharp once you get focused where you want it. I also appreciate their warranty. Not on a scope, but a rangefinder was sent back to fix of all things the battery cap. The turnaround was not quick but they took care of it.
From what I can tell, Zeiss is rolling out new versions of their models and looking to clear inventory to make way for the new releases. Hence the discounts. You mentioned the reticle and it's worth noting that Zeiss has too many options and research is key. Hold one and touch it if you can.
Happy hunting!
