Seen this trio this morning at work. Now I need to get a map and start asking permission to hunt that area.

Sorry for the poor pics, phone is only so good, but those bucks were huge.

I sure hope you gain permission! It is always exciting to see good bucks before the season opens.

Nice Bucks for sure. I almost got a doe for a hood ornament this mourning on the way to BassPro to return a recoil pad and pick up a new tack driver rifle rest bag.

JT nice to see you posting again. Still moving a bit of oil with the trucks I see, this slowdown has been tough on a lot of guys. Nice bachelor group of bucks, only prob is finding them when the rut starts.

I've got a couple friends within a mile of there, but that's a pea field, so I am not sure they'll range very far from it. They do tend to scatter and show up where least expected during the rut.

Time will tell, somebody might get a dandy trophy this year or a great story about one that got away, lol.

Good job JT, our Whitetail buck population really took a hit in 2012 &13. I did not get out last fall but sure will be out this season the Lord willing !!
Getting permission early sure takes the pressure off. Nothing worse than seeing a good buck the day before to only find out that someone has already got the permission or worse yet they will not let hunters on their land.
Good to see another Canuck posting (y).

Blessings,
Dan
