Shooting today, turkey hunting tomorrow

Schools here were canceled today for a teacher work day, and my boss agreed to let me have the day mostly off. So I finally got Louis out to the rifle range with his 22 lr:

Turkey hunting tomorrow...



This was at 40 yards, probably about max range for the shotgun. My red dot sight looks a little left, but not terribly off. They are Federal Premium 3rd Degree Turkey Loads, 12 gauge, 3 inch rounds. My choke is an Indian Creek Black Diamond. I've got my calls and camo, and I think Scotty and I will take turns calling for each other. I love turkey hunting!
