place fish in baking dish, cover with butter crumb mixture
put handful of sliced almonds on top

Sounds like a meal fit for a king. Excellent. Makes me want to go out and do a bit of fishing.

Guy,

They are a common type of surf perch that live on the or, wa coast

they are very tasty I believe better then walleye.

one of my favorite. great with clam fritters or clam fries, in fact clams and sea perch seem to go hand and hand, as clam necks make excellent bait.

we like to gather clams at low tide, clean them and then go and pump some sand shrimp, then we fish the incoming tide for surf perch. makes for a day of solid grinning.
