sweet sesame venison

Just cooked up a skillet of sweet sesame venison with miso soup to start. I added some crushed red chili to offset the sweetness. Marinaded the venison for three days in soy sauce. Yum!
 
It was really good Dr. Mike. :grin:
I finished it off tonight after work and also finished the antelope chili I made for Christmas dinner.
 
Vince you are eating like a King my friend. Nettie is making Moose pot roast tonight with all the trimmings I really can't leave it a lone so I am going to workout before supper :roll:.

Hey Scotty, I just read your request and asked the Cook she advised that she thinks she knows which recipe but is going to look up a few to see if it jogs her memory :wink:. With my memory left overs the next day sometimes taste new :shock:!!
